At SuperRareFinds.com [owned and operated by SmartNet Hypersphere "SNHP"], we strive to deliver your orders promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, shipping methods, costs, and limitations.
 

1) Order Processing Time
  • Processing includes: order verification, picking, packaging, and preparing for shipment.

  • Estimated Processing Time:

    • Standard "In-Stock" Orders: 1–3 business days.

    • High-demand/Customer Orders/Specialty items: up to 5 business days.

    • Out-of-Stock: Can take weeks or months if the supplier needs to manufacture more units.  

    • Total Fulfillment Time: Is the combined "lead time" (processing) and "transit time" (shipping) and those factors combined are what determines when the customer receives the product

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
     

2) Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary based on product origin and destination. Be sure to review the PRODUCT DESCRIPTION for details on origin and timeframe estimations:

  • Domestic (when offered and within the USA):

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

    • Expedited Shipping: Not Typically Offered

  • International origins:

    • Standard International: 30-60 business days after processing.
       

Note: Some dropship items have international origins but are sourced locally. That's the rare case, and if the item has to ship directly from overseas warehouses the delivery times will be extended.

3) Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may be listed as FREE, which means there is only a singular option and those costs are included. Otherwise, they are calculated based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Origin and destination

  • Selected shipping method

Exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
 

4) Shipping Methods

We partner with reputable carriers for both domestic and international deliveries, including:

  • Domestic: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or local courier services.

  • International: DHL, FedEx International, or other global logistics providers.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
 

5) Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are included in the published price.
 

6) Service Interruptions & Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, SuperRareFinds.com cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs clearance

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes or labor disputes

  • Global or regional disruptions (e.g., pandemics, political unrest)
     

We will notify you promptly if we become aware of significant delays, provided you keep your contact information on file and do not request it to be removed.
 

7) Unsafe Shipping Address / Location

SuperRareFinds (SNHP, and all affiliates) will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, damaged, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control.  We highly recommend locations with cameras be used for deliveries.

If your packages is damaged, stolen, or missing:

Please reach out directly to the courier. We are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time, please provide a physical address when you place your order. During times when our mailing partners are experiencing higher-than-normal package volume, there could be unexpected delays in transit or in providing tracking details. We appreciate your patience and understanding in advance. It's our top priority to make sure your orders get delivered to you as soon as possible.

 

8) Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for certain carriers)

  • Countries under trade restrictions or embargoes
